He has been extensively trained within a number of Michelin starred restaurants such as Arzak in San Sebastian, Fogony in Catalonia and Les Cols in Girona. He earned his Master degree in Executive and Creative Cuisine and Bachelor degree in Culinary Management from renowned hospitality institutes in Barcelona and Madrid respectively.
Chef Jesus has developed throughout the years a wealth of passion and talent for fine dining. The dissertation topic for his master degree was “Introducing Transglutaminase as a new tool in the Modern Spanish Cuisine” (Transglutaminase applies to molecular gastronomy in welding new textures with existing tastes). He endeavors authentic Spanish cooking with modern presentations and is eager to take your taste buds to an unparalleled level.
