Born in Barcelona, Chef Salvador “Salva” Benedicto masterfully blends traditional Spanish cuisine with contemporary innovation. His culinary journey began at age eight, learning family recipes from his mother—a foundation that ignited a lifelong passion for authentic flavors.

A graduate of the Barcelona Hospitality Academy, Salva honed his craft at the Michelin-starred Saüc restaurant under Chef Xavier Franco. His tenure coincided with the restaurant earning its first Michelin star, marking a pivotal moment in his career. Beyond savory cuisine, Salva is an award-winning pastry chef, having secured top honors at the FRIPAN Culinary Challenge and Nestlé dessert competitions.
